1. Nature of the Service
KANGOTECH provides digital services related to the sale and delivery of virtual goods, including but not limited to in-game currency, top-ups, and digital items. All products offered through the Service are intangible digital goods and are delivered electronically.
You acknowledge that virtual goods do not constitute physical property and do not carry any real-world ownership rights. Instead, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use such virtual goods for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Account and Eligibility
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep such information up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you are a minor, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Payments and Billing
All purchases made through the Service must be paid in full at the time of transaction. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of these payment providers.
KANGOTECH does not store or retain your full payment card information. We are not responsible for any errors, delays, or issues caused by third-party payment processors.
You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all payment information provided is accurate and complete.
4. No Refund Policy
Unless required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital and virtual goods, once a transaction is completed and delivery has been initiated or fulfilled, no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be provided.
Refunds may only be issued at our sole discretion in cases where:
- the purchased virtual goods were not delivered, or
- a technical error occurred that prevented fulfillment.
Dissatisfaction, mistaken purchases, incorrect account information, or user negligence do not qualify for refunds.
5. Fraud Prevention and Enforcement
We reserve the right to monitor transactions and user activity to prevent fraud, abuse, or illegal activity. If we suspect fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to unauthorized payments, chargebacks, or abuse of refund systems, we may:
- suspend or terminate your account;
- cancel pending transactions;
- restrict access to the Service;
- report activities to relevant authorities;
- pursue legal action where necessary.
You agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes. Any such actions may result in permanent account suspension and additional recovery actions.
5A. User-Provided Information and Delivery Accuracy
You acknowledge and agree that the delivery of virtual goods or services may depend on the accuracy of the information you provide, including but not limited to game account ID, server, username, region, or other relevant identifiers.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during the purchase process is complete, accurate, and up to date. KANGOTECH shall not be liable for any failure, delay, misdelivery, or loss of virtual goods resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by you.
In cases where delivery has been completed according to the information provided by you, such transactions shall be deemed fulfilled, and no refunds, replacements, or compensations will be issued.
If a transaction fails solely due to incorrect information provided by you, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine whether any remedial action is possible.
5B. Identity Verification and Risk Control (KYC / AML)
To ensure compliance with applicable laws, payment regulations, and to prevent fraud, money laundering, or unauthorized transactions, KANGOTECH reserves the right to implement identity verification procedures (“KYC”) and other risk control measures at any time.
You agree that we may request additional information or documentation from you, including but not limited to identification documents, payment verification, or account ownership confirmation, in order to verify your identity or transaction legitimacy.
We reserve the right to suspend, delay, cancel, or refuse any transaction or account access if:
- we are unable to verify your identity;
- suspicious, unusual, or high-risk activity is detected;
- required information or documentation is not provided;
- or such actions are necessary to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
You acknowledge that failure to complete verification procedures may result in restricted access to the Service or inability to complete transactions.
All information collected for verification purposes will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KANGOTECH disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KANGOTECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability arising out of or related to your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you within the six (6) months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is lower.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KANGOTECH and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If such dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taiwan.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
